About Gary

Gary Blowers is a co-founder of Tribe and its Chief Executive Officer. He is an entrepreneur and brand builder who has spent around fifteen years founding and advising companies across real estate, technology, design, and wellbeing.

Gary co-founded VIVA, a brand and design consultancy, and founded LVL Wellbeing, a gamified employee-wellbeing platform now used by more than 400 organisations across over 100 countries. He has served on the boards of several companies as a non-executive director and advisor, and was named Birmingham Young Professional of the Year in 2013.

At Tribe he leads the company and hosts Block by Block, the platform's podcast, where he talks with founders, investors, and operators shaping real estate, tokenisation, and regulated startups in the UAE. He is a consistent advocate for building governance-first: defining investor rights and rules before capital is invited.
