Every listing is assessed through proprietary data modelling, independent market analysis, and specialist due diligence covering supply, demand, rental performance, and price movement at asset and area level. Nothing lists without clearing the threshold.
Tribe's minimum investment is AED 2,000 per property. This lets you build positions across multiple assets rather than concentrating into one.
What structured ownership on Tribe means for investors
When you invest, you receive Tribe Tokens, a regulated ownership position with real economic rights in the underlying property. A dedicated legal entity holds the asset on your behalf. Your tokens entitle you to a share of income and proceeds when it sells. Your rights are set out in Investment Terms you accept before you invest, not buried in a prospectus afterwards.
The governance rule applied to every Tribe property
One decision belongs to investors: when to sell. Everything else is managed. Once the hold period passes, token holders vote to exit. A 60% majority triggers a sale. No exceptions. Independent valuations run three times a year. Token prices update to reflect them.

How rental income is distributed to Tribe investors
Rental income from each property is distributed to token holders every month. Payments arrive in AED directly into your Tribe wallet. Your dashboard shows income received, upcoming distributions, and current yield per property.
